Teams are accepted on a rolling basis beginning February 22, 2027, and continue until the event reaches capacity. We strongly encourage early application, as this event may sell out before the registration deadline on March 7, 2027. Conditional acceptance may be provided, pending team housing arrangements through HBC Event Services.

***Referee fees are included in the registration fee for the event

A $20.00 GotSport Software Fee, or 1.5% of the registration fee (whichever is greater), will be added to the final amount for both credit card and check payments.

Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments will be charged upon acceptance.

Clubs who are sending 5 or more teams to the event may contact the tournament director to inquire about check payment option for the club.
